Note, we have limited vendor capacity so we cannot guarantee the participation of all applicants.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Vendor application - Complete then submit online; this does not guarantee your participation; the Market Administrator will review your application then communicate with you within seven days of its receipt
Tax Form ST19 - Complete then email to the Market Administrator
Minnesota Cottage Food Producer Registration (if applicable)
Vendor fees - Pay to Market Manager after approved
GENERAL VENDOR RULES
Products to be sold must be at least 50% locally produced by the vendor within the Township or contiguous areas
Priority will be given to vendors selling locally-produced foods, beverages, produce, plants, flowers, arts, and crafts
Vendors selling food items must comply with State of Minnesota Cottage Foods registration and labeling requirements
Resale of goods, whether new or used, will not be permitted
Vendors are encouraged to limit or eliminate the use of plastic bags; reusable mesh bags offered for purchase and/or deposit are encouraged, as are customer-supplied bags
Vendors are encouraged to limit or eliminate the use of disposable cups and plastic water bottles; reusable mugs offered for purchase and/or deposit are encouraged, as are customer-supplied containers
